To schedule lessons you can call, text, or e-mail.  It is very helpful to first check my calendar. It will let you see when I have available times. If you click on an entry the details will have the address of where I am teaching. Below are the locations I teach at. Also there are written instructions to find me in each facility, as well as a Map link. The cost of lessons and the cancellation policy are also here.
